Overview

Client want to design med-tech mobile experience application from scratch with modern design approach, this is B2C and B2B mobile application which encourage patients to book online check-up and see their prescriptions online, also patients can book 1 to 1 virtual visit through this mobile base app.

The goal of particular project was to encourage both parties (Doctor and Patient) to conduct virtual visits and manage prescription/History under the one account.

The Solution

We ran 5 weeks of design sprints based on the design thinking methodology, which includes 5 stages: empathize, define, ideate, prototype and test. We eventually created and shipped a fully functional app where people can book virtual visit as little as 50 seconds.

My Role

I led the project and worked on all aspects of the new design system, including its visual, UX and motion design. I also design the UX of key forms and pages while my developer colleagues helped implement my designs.

Challenges/Problem Statement

Real challenge was in the project to maintain balance in design and user experience, so patients can use application easily and book virtual visits with very minimal time also they can see their history and the prescriptions for better understanding of health routines.

further more searching for the doctor based on your current health criteria was also a challenging part, patients have to search doctor based on health criteria, so we have to design user centric experience for search and for booking virtual visit.

On the other hand doctor view also need to be very easy to understand so, doctors can see their schedule on first hand.
